Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 121 "An Act making an                       
appropriation for deferred maintenance for the University of Alaska;           
and providing for an effective date" be held to April 30.  Senator             
Duncan objected.                                                               
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the reconsideration on SENATE BILL                  
NO. 121 be held to April 30?"  The roll was taken with the
